Hyperion Fiber Ltd specializes in manufacturing high-performance steel fiber and synthetic fiber with 10 years of experiences in China. We mainly manufacture high-performance copper/brass coated Steel Fibers and stainless Steel Fibers for ultra high performance concrete(UHPC), innovative high-performance modified indented Polyolefin Fibers for UHPC ECC and all kinds of fiber reinforced concrete(FRC), innovative PVA fibers for UHPC, 3D hooked‑end Steel Fibers, and micro/macro polypropylene (PP) fibers for fiber‑reinforced concrete (FRC), as well as AR glass fibers for glass fiber‑reinforced concrete (GFRC). All our products fully comply with EN 14889‑1:2006 and ASTM A820 standards.  

We have strong R&D team, QC team and consultants team. Our high-performance modified indented polyolefin fiber is developed by our overseas PhD team via melt blending of high-toughness polypropylene (HTPP) and bulletproof-grade ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) in a sol-gel system. And we can provide comprehensive technical support for UHPC fiber innovation, product optimization, and customer application guidance.

As a leading UHPC fiber manufacturer in China, we boast an annual production capacity of approximately 18,000 tons and supply premium UHPC steel fibers and Synthetic Fibers to more than 20 trading companies across China and worldwide.

As a direct manufacturing factory, we focus heavily on upgrading production management systems and improving UHPC fiber production efficiency, thereby continuously reducing manufacturing costs.
